I brought a flat tire to Tires Plus and it took them over twice as long as they said to fix it. I was told that there was corrosion in the tire but that they had repaired it. When I went to pick the tire up the attendant wheeled it into the front room and there was still air hissing out of it. He went to double check the tire and found a 3 inch fissure in the inner wall of the tire. I was told it was not fixable and that I would need a new tire. \r

I can understand that damages to the tire wall aren't fixable but I was shocked that they didn't catch the damage the first time around. Had I not said anything about the hissing tire I would have gotten it all the way home and it would have been flat again.\r

The staff was not particularly apologetic and the fact that they couldn't find damage when they were LOOKING for it did not inspire any confidence at all. I will not be going back.
