This place is great for bowling - Xtreme bowling is a lot of fun, especially with a lot of people. However, they have this one man, who is older - about 50 years old maybe, that is extremely rude. We went to celebrate a birthday, so it was a large group, and he responded with very little impatient and much rudeness to the questions we had, even though we were very polite. We went again, about 2 weeks later and I didn't have to deal with him much, but he was very rude to another customer. It wasn't anything specific, but general attitude and comments.
For instance, it was time for the customer to pay, and one guy was ringing it up, and the rude man was telling them how much it was, and they gave their credit card to the man ringing it up, but the rude man didn't see so he basically said something as if they were idiots for not handing out money to him once he told them the cost.
Makes me not want to go there again, but only bowling place in the area. This guy needs to be fired though - one of the worst customer services ever.
