Amf Bowling Center

This place is great for bowling - Xtreme bowling is a lot of fun, especially with a lot of people. However, they have this one man, who is older - about 50 years old maybe, that is extremely rude. We went to celebrate a birthday, so it was a large group, and he responded with very little impatient and much rudeness to the questions we had, even though we were very polite. We went again, about 2 weeks later and I didn't have to deal with him much, but he was very rude to another customer. It wasn't anything specific, but general attitude and comments. For instance, it was time for the customer to pay, and one guy was ringing it up, and the rude man was telling them how much it was, and they gave their credit card to the man ringing it up, but the rude man didn't see so he basically said something as if they were idiots for not handing out money to him once he told them the cost. Makes me not want to go there again, but only bowling place in the area. This guy needs to be fired though - one of the worst customer services ever. I went alone to AMF, Shrewsbury. When I walked into AMF it was a great place to be and I have seen the bowling lanes and they are great and I had lot of options to choose from. I spoke to one of the person at AMF to tell me what are the pricing options. He gave me two options 1. $20.xx for 2 hours and unlimited bowling 2. $4.xx for 1 hour I choose to go for an hour and he gave me the shoes (shoes are extra) and offered me to choose the lanes. After an hour I went back to pay the amount and the person said its $34.xx. I was shocked. I asked him why is it so than the initial amount you informed. He said the amount that he told me was for a game. I asked him for $20.xx you have unlimited bowling for two hours and why are you charging me $34.xx for an hour? He said you played 6 games and I cannot convert this rate to $20.xx for 2 hours which is unlimited.
