Every time I've dropped off my cleaning lately, the woman behind the counter has been on the phone or otherwise preoccupied and doesn't take in my order correctly and everything keeps getting screwed up! She then couldn't find my cleaning and claimed I'd never dropped the clothes off! (She was on the phone when the order was dropped off and it must have been tagged incorrectly.) Then they call me at home to say they did find it after I needed the suit for a meeting. Wow. When I questioned her, she yelled at me and told me not to bother coming back - asked why I was so sensitive about having to wait for my clothes. Yikes. Are you kidding? Plenty of fish in the sea - don't waste your time with these folks. They just don't seem to get it.""
