TLC's staff and nurse (all except for Carol) are not responsive and due to their neglect has cause a patient his life. They neglected to catch an urinary tract infection for days, non responsive when he doesn't go to the restroom, nor care whether he ate his food or not. The patient had UTI, mersa and pneumonia all which went on for days before he was admitted to the hospital. TLC's neglect and indifference has ultimately caused the live of 1patient.
