Great care staff very knowledgeable and compassionate. 5/14/2013

My family member had a fall at their home, hip fracture went to hospital for about 2 weeks. Toured all the the facilities in town felt like TLC was a great fit. The transition from hospital to TLC was easier than expected due to the helpful staff that coordinated every step of the way. During rehabilitation the staff also educated my family on how to take care of our family member once they were discharged home. Thanks TLC staff! more

CitySearch needs to vet reviews 11/2/2010

I am writing this in response to the outrageous review written by MT. He accuses TLC staff of neglect and abuse. If MT has evidence, he needs to report it to the proper authorities. If he does not report, then he is guilty of withholding that information. For CitySearch to allow this review to be published without following up on what are potentially criminal charges is grossly irresponsible. more

uncaring staff 4/17/2009

TLC's staff and nurse (all except for Carol) are not responsive and due to their neglect has cause a patient his life. They neglected to catch an urinary tract infection for days, non responsive when he doesn't go to the restroom, nor care whether he ate his food or not. The patient had UTI, mersa and pneumonia all which went on for days before he was admitted to the hospital. TLC's neglect and indifference has ultimately caused the live of 1patient.
