I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone! They would say anything to get you to sign contract with them. My family and I are renting the place under that company. The lady name is Janice. She doesnt want to do her job! She doesnt care if we arent satisfied. We re paying 1600 a month with broke toliets, stain carpets, walls werent painted.We even paid 3,200 for deposit! Why should we pay 3,200 for deposit that the house is already damaged! She told me she would take care of it before we moved in and she didnt! She avoided us. The owner came at the night knocked on our door! She refused to take care of things. We are not happy with this house. We feel like we are trapped in this house for a year. I am embarrassed to invite family or friends over here. She is trying to make us to pay out of our pocket to take care of carpet and walls! At first they make you think they are helpful and friendly and once you signed a contract. They changed. They dont care! We cant wait to move out! We are not HAPPY! We got no privacy here with her and the owner!
