All what can I say They have great management, I have home in Jax, FL they did rent it for me, so if you have home don't hesitate to call them I spent a lot of time with other realstate companies and I didn't get any thing, again I would like to thanks Ms Judy in mandarin office she is great person that I have ever seen. more

I'm just moving to the JAX area and there were so many different rentals out there being advertised. I called a number of companies, but they must have been too busy to get back in touch. Not Signature, though. They called back within 5 hours of my original contact and had compiled a list of great rentals for me and my family to take a look at. We're flying in this week and are confident that Signature will help us find a house to make our home! more

When I decided to invest in real estate, I had no idea what I was in for! Fortunately, the property management team at Signature Realty & Management has come to my rescue. Rents are paid on time, regular inspections are made, prospective tenants are properly screened and qualified and my life is that much easier! It's sad to have to write such a poor review for the company. It seemed stable until about two years ago and then the management went haywire. They are dishonest and wont follow through with your property needs. Beware, there are better companies and you might be fleeced by them... more

I have a property that was managed (and I use that word loosely) by Signature for approx 3.5 years. For three of those years I went through 4 different property managers (not by choice). My property kept being reassigned to a new manager for one reason or another. Additionally, when a new property manager was assigned no one informed me of the change, so I wouldn't ever find out about reassignment until I called about something unrelated. more

I rented a house from them in November. The process was quick and easy. There were several repairs that needed and a couple of issues to be dealt with before we moved in. It was all done on time and professionally. I wish it was this easy to rent a house every time I moved. I will definitely deal with them again. I also just found out that my property manager also does sales, so I'll probably buy a house from her! Pros: Customer service, great follow through Cons: None that I know of more

I called the World Golf Village office for information on homes for sale in the area. The agent was extremely professional and helpful in sending me listings and following up with me. Great service! more

I wanted to tell Cat that she did a great job for us this last year with the mgmt of our rental property. She did everything we asked of her and she went above and beyond the call of duty when we requested it. I started with Signature Property Management in the late 90's, and they did well. However, there was a distinct change in the quality of property management in the last few years. The tenants paid late, and there was no intervention, as there had been in the past. They allowed the tenant to pay as late as the 29th (with the understanding she would then pay two months, which she didn't), although I was sending reminders that I needed the payment for the mortgage. When the A/C broke, the repairman said the cause was not changing the air filter. When I made a visit from out of state, the property manager sat inside with the tenants as I left-no attempt to speak to me afterward. Finally I gave up, had them start eviction, and decided to put the house on the market. The A/C filters looked like they had not been changed in a year. (PM had not handled this during inspections.) They will do anything to get u signed the lease. As soon as u signed the lease. They dont care about you anymore.... They re not great people to work with. They dont keep their words and promises! more

I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone! They would say anything to get you to sign contract with them. My family and I are renting the place under that company. The lady name is Janice. She doesnt want to do her job! She doesnt care if we arent satisfied. We re paying 1600 a month with broke toliets, stain carpets, walls werent painted.We even paid 3,200 for deposit! Why should we pay 3,200 for deposit that the house is already damaged! She told me she would take care of it before we moved in and she didnt! She avoided us. The owner came at the night knocked on our door! She refused to take care of things. We are not happy with this house. We feel like we are trapped in this house for a year. I am embarrassed to invite family or friends over here. She is trying to make us to pay out of our pocket to take care of carpet and walls! At first they make you think they are helpful and friendly and once you signed a contract. They changed. They dont care! We cant wait to move out! We are not HAPPY! We got no privacy here with her and the owner! more
