I went through a divorce in 2007 and ended up homeless, forcing me to find storage for my personal (very sentimental) belongings. I was able to pay my rent ontime for over 8 months, when I ran into health problems, I was honest with them and payed a couple partial rents. I went in the 3rd month (not expecting to be able to enter), only $10 shy of catching up and they refused my payment and told me I had 2 days to come up with full payment, having been laid-off, this was impossible. They auctioned off my unit with no remorse for my legal documents, passport, and children's pictures. My whole life was gone, any valuables that can be returned is GREATLY appreciated!
