They provided us a great service, with safety and needs met. We rented a very large unit which went above meeting our needs for several months. The staff was always positive, professional and helpful at all times.. The unit was clean. We highly recommend them for your storage needs. Edgewater, Florida is fortunate to have this business available to us. more

I rented one of their large air conditioned units for several months. The staff is positive, professional and very nice overall. The unit was clean and the AC Cold. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. more

Great Storage Facility 11/30/2011

I had a bad experience with a different storage unit, so I decided to give Edgewater Storage a shot.. I was not disappointed. When I got my first unit I was met by Harry the sweetest man Ive met and he helped us get the unit we needed, since then we have used them for one other unit and have referred a few people there as well. Like any business they have their bumps in the road but all and all they are a good Storage facility, clean, and maintained! more

Unprofessional, and inconsiderate. 4/27/2009

I went through a divorce in 2007 and ended up homeless, forcing me to find storage for my personal (very sentimental) belongings. I was able to pay my rent ontime for over 8 months, when I ran into health problems, I was honest with them and payed a couple partial rents. I went in the 3rd month (not expecting to be able to enter), only $10 shy of catching up and they refused my payment and told me I had 2 days to come up with full payment, having been laid-off, this was impossible. They auctioned off my unit with no remorse for my legal documents, passport, and children's pictures. My whole life was gone, any valuables that can be returned is GREATLY appreciated!
