My husband and I have been going to NYPD since it opened. Coming from the Chicago area, I missed family-style eateries that weren't a franchised chain. We're always seated immediately and have maybe had to wait for a table once. Even then, the wait was 5 minutes, not 30-45 like you would get somewhere else. We've only had a bad server once in our multiple visits, but we didn't let that spoil our opinion. The crust is great, their sandwiches are perfectly gooey and crispy, and the fried ravioli is a nice way to start the meal.
Pros: Great Food, Ample Parking
Cons: Nothing heinous enough to list
