I was only in the city for a few hours and wanted to get my Sony laptop fixed before I went home for the weekend. My problem was that my computer was very slow and sometimes couldn't boot up. I've never been to a computer repair shop before so I called a few places. This one was the only shop that was very friendly and down-to-earth on the phone. And when I came in their pricing and timing where exactly as stated on the phone. I told them I needed to have it done with a few hours which I understood was very pushy. But, they courteously said no problem - we'll accomodate you. And they did. I'm sharing the good cheer about this shop with all my friends and family. It is rare to find such friendly, reasonable, and a company that follows through with their words.
