The first time my HD TV went out in Nov 08, the power supply board needed to be replaced. It was done in a matter of 3 days and returned. Now, Apr 09, the TV was on the fritz again. He picked up the TV, fixed it, and once again returned it in 3 days. Even though it was a completely different problem, he did all of this for FREE. He said I had spent enough last time so this was ON HIM! What a remarkable service in this economy. I don't know what the issues were below, but I have always had a wonderful experience.
