Received very bad service in SERVICE and PARTS center . They don't know customer service, were very rude and least interested in resolving an issue. They don't hold on to their words and deny their statements made verbally. I haven't experienced such a customer service anywhere else.
This is not the first incident I have experienced at Moritz BMW Arlington. The size of the dealership is no way close to the service offered.
I will NOT go to this dealership anymore.

Cons: The customer service is like very small dealers
