When my fiancee and I went there 1st time, we loved it! Therefore, I decided to have my 30th birthday party there, because I wanted something special and memorable. Well, I got badly tricked by the manager who made me pay more than what I supposed to. First of all, we talked about the pricing which supposed to include the tax and gratuity already. My mistake was that I didn't get it in writing, I just trusted what the manager told me. When the total bill was presented, the pricing was the same but it didn't include the tax and gratuity. I basically had to pay more than what was agreed. MOREOVER, they charged me for 2 people that didn't show up! I tried to explain to the manager that they got really sick so that they had to go to the emergency room. But it didn't matter to him, he still charged me! Thank God, my friends had integrity and reimbursed me. But that whole situation left me with a really bad memory. That was the worst birthday of my life!
If I ever see the face of that manager again, I'm going to run as far as possible from a restaurant where he is working!
Pros: Good drinks and food at the beginning
Cons: Bad management that tricks customers, very inconsistent!
