Nothing good to say about them .They have my computer since January and if you go to ask what is going on operation manager does not know how to talk .She only knows how to SHSHSHS people.What a way to talk to customers JULIA .I just want to know how did she get to be operation manager when there is so many friendly clerks at Gaithersburg best buy who will go that extra mile to help a customer and that is my own experience.Now if anybody knows how can i get my computer back since i paid for something i don't use please help.I really feel robbed and also greatly disrespected from that best buy.
