Purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer on Black Friday. Delayed delivery. Deliverymen arrived on Sunday, December 13. They broke a mirror, scratched up our laundry room door and floor, and the appliances were all scratched up. Best Buy said the delivery charge would be waived but instead we received a $30 gift card. Called 1-888-best-buy to speak to the customer service representative on Saturday, December 19. Organized delivery of a new washer and dryer and Best Buy Germantown was supposed to call to scheduled the delivery immediately after the call with the customer service representative. No phone call yet. Have been on hold with 1-888-Best-Buy for 30 minutes today (Sunday, December 20). Feel taken advantage of and will no longer be a customer of Best Buy.
