BAD BUSINESS!!! RUDE OWNERS IN VANCOUVER!\r
My good friend planned to have her twins birthday party there. She made the reservation with the owner's wife, and to save money she asked to just rent the room for cake only during a non-peak time, that the kids would play during open Jump that she didn't want to whole party package to only have cake afterwards since they don't have a table area. She called back a week later to confirm, when the Owner "Jay" informed my friend that he could rent that room for twice that amount and that he was cancelling her reservation. He hung up on her and never let her reschedule or offer any other option. \r
I guess we can all be "cancelled" for more money from somebody willing to pay more.\r
I guess that good business doesn't mean anything anymore.\r
I guess that this owner doesn't realize that Vancouver is not very big, Mom's DO communicate with each other, that if you do me or somebody I know wrong - I will no do business with you!
