JJ Jump

Had 3rd birthday party here after visiting several times. When there was a misunderstanding during the party about the booking the owner of the clackamas facility was horrible. She immediately verbally attacked me and said she would pack up our party and we could leave as her 1st solution to the problem, and it only got worse from there. When I said we should just forget I ever complained because I didn't want to ruin the birthday party she wouldn't let me walk away and wanted to continue arguing with me. She followed me into the arena and continued to make a scene during our party. She was loud, wanted to make all of the adults leave the bounce area and still was refusing to calm down or just leave me alone after several requests that she drop it and let all parties enjoy their day. She continued to be very rude and unreasonable for the next 5-10 minutes. She was overheard apologizing to the other party in the arena about my behavior. I really enjoy this place! It's a great way for my kids to run wild. Open play sessions run around $7.50 but I always get in with a coupon. The staff is friendly, and like another viewer mentioned, the arena area is open so that I can always see where my kids are playing. We live close to the Vancouver location and have been there tons of times for Open Jump and also birthday parties (including several for our own kids) and have had nothing but great experiences there. My mother-in-law visited last month so as a special treat we took the kids to the Clackamas location and had a blast! Even grandma had fun! BAD BUSINESS!!! RUDE OWNERS IN VANCOUVER!\r My good friend planned to have her twins birthday party there. She made the reservation with the owner's wife, and to save money she asked to just rent the room for cake only during a non-peak time, that the kids would play during open Jump that she didn't want to whole party package to only have cake afterwards since they don't have a table area. She called back a week later to confirm, when the Owner "Jay" informed my friend that he could rent that room for twice that amount and that he was cancelling her reservation. He hung up on her and never let her reschedule or offer any other option. \r I guess we can all be "cancelled" for more money from somebody willing to pay more.\r I guess that good business doesn't mean anything anymore.\r I guess that this owner doesn't realize that Vancouver is not very big, Mom's DO communicate with each other, that if you do me or somebody I know wrong - I will no do business with you! more

We have attended more than one birthday party at JJ Jump and all have been fun and well organized. \r \r The environment, because of the lay-out, appears to be safe for kids because there is only one exit and puts a parent's mind at ease.\r \r The kids love all of the big and even small jumping areas and always look to be having a good time. more

JJ jump has many different blow up jump houses for kids to play in. This would be a great place for children's birthday parties. It is a little expensive, so look for coupons. more

This place is a lot of fun for rainy day activity. They have big blow up inflatables the kids can do obstacle courses on or climb up a big slide. They play music and have places parents can sit and chat. more
