I have a middle aged cat who had not been to the vet beyond his neutering long ago. Parkside was recommended to me by friends when he began acting strangely and not using his litter box, and they gave me caring advice by phone, which led me to bring him in when he didn't improve. I was impressed by how quickly Dr. Meyer saw him - both in appointment setting and in the tiny bit of time I waited for a vet to check him. He remained calm through out the visit, thanks to the vet tech who held him and continuously showed him attention. Every single person I met during the visit impressed me with their knowledge and genuine love for my little guy that they just met.
