Poor customer Service 3/24/2009

First impression was not great but he seemed to know what he was doing and seemed very nice when first here. When trying to figure out when problem could be fixed he seemed to not know because he was waiting on part. Part came to my home within an hour of talking to him. Called him back to let him know that it was here. Asked when this could be done and he first started out with 3 to 4 days out then kept changing till he said he could today. When I took him up on this he then started to say that if the other parts were not in and it wasn't fixed by the part I have he was not willing to come back. I explained that he was the one to offer to come today and he said yes but he was not willing to come back and forth. The part that came to my house is the part he said was needed. the other parts were merely just a precaution. I said that I have a lot on my plate due to being pregnant and due very soon so I just needed to get this taken care of. He then said I was being pushy. I told him that more
