Mid Valley Appliance Svc

First impression was not great but he seemed to know what he was doing and seemed very nice when first here. When trying to figure out when problem could be fixed he seemed to not know because he was waiting on part. Part came to my home within an hour of talking to him. Called him back to let him know that it was here. Asked when this could be done and he first started out with 3 to 4 days out then kept changing till he said he could today. When I took him up on this he then started to say that if the other parts were not in and it wasn't fixed by the part I have he was not willing to come back. I explained that he was the one to offer to come today and he said yes but he was not willing to come back and forth. The part that came to my house is the part he said was needed. the other parts were merely just a precaution. Our dryer broke down over the 4th of July weekend, and we called Mid Valley out of the phone book first thing on Tuesday morning. Well, we'd never used them before but we sure are glad we found them. They came out with their tools the same day and we were drying laundry again by dinnertime. The price was very reasonable too. I couldn't ask for more. more
