The first time I had gone there was to purchase bridesmaid dresses for my best friend's wedding. When we received the 3 dresses that we ordered, they were all small. Luckily I had lost 10 pounds so the dress ended up fitting me, but I don't think the other ladies should have to lose 10 pounds to fit into their dresses! After the fact, we learned from other brides had the same problems with dresses arriving sizes too small. We asked the owner if we could have them sent back for a size larger, but she got on the defensive and was very rude towards us. \r
Despite this, we recently went back to look at dresses for the bride. Apparently the owner recognized us and gave us a very cold reception. We were not approached for the next hour to provide any help or anything the whole time we were there. I found that to be extremely unprofessional and it ruined the experience for the new bride. Every single store that I've visited has been extremely helpful. I will never go back to Formally Yours. If
