They installed a complete Infinity system in 2005.\r \r In the first month I had to call them twice to re-adjust the system, and they came in saying they do not know much about the System and had to call "Experts".\r \r They sold me an Extended warranty for "Full parts and Labor". Apparently a broken $550 thermostat is not considered a "Part".\r \r They also installed an Attic fan. It snaps the circuit breaker and has never worked. There go my $500 down the drain.\r \r I am giving them one star as I cannot give them "Negative" stars. more
