I was really worried when my unit began to make these funny and loud noises last week. I called Atlas Trillo Heating to come out and the appt was set right away. Can't remember the guy's name, but I was really happy he told me what was up and did not try and sell me any additional parts or services. The appt went smooth. more

My furnace was busted. I had guests coming over that weekend for dinner plans and I really needed service fast. Atlas came out right away and I was so grateful that they were accommodating to come on an evening after work. If not, I would not have been at home during work hours to let them in. It was really cool and I will be calling on them again. more

After four Atlas service repair guys came to my home yesterday I was a little overwhelmed. Why so many I thought. Did they know more than I did with my repair. I figured they would try and confront me into buying more, replacing my old unit which I don't have the cash for right now, but they didn't. After some time, it did take a while, Javier was the one who came up with the resolution. I was thankful and I am very happy to be in my warm home again. more
