Do not go here! I returned after 7 days to find my dog had lost 1/2 of her weight, had very loose stool and it had obviously been left with it on her hind legs for an extended period of time because her hind legs were red, raw and sensitive to the touch. Prior to them brining her out to me I asked the staff if there had been any problem and they told me ""no she was just fine and in looking at her chart nothing of concern has been noted"". I took her to the vet the same day, who treated her for dehydration and started her on several medications. I called Williamsburg and explained to the staff who answered the phone my concerns and asked to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was unavailable and they would give her my phone number. I waited for two days and she never called me. On the third day I called and asked to speak the manager and was told ""she is not available we will give her your number"". She did not call me. I called on the fourth day and told them that if I didn't speak to the manager within an hour I would be coming to the office and sit in the waiting area until I was able to speak to her. The manager called me back within the hour. She said that she had spoken with the owner and there was nothing they could do. I told her my concern was about the fact that they had not taken my dog to the vet when she was obviously sick. She said that since no one noted any problem, this was the reason nothing was done. I asked if she would at least talk to whoever was responsible for my dog so this would not happen to anyone else in the future. She said they didn't know who was responsible for watching my dog. They were very understaffed, turnover of staff was very high and they didn't have a system in place to track who was responsible for caring for individual animals. I never took them up on the offer for grooming and never will.
