I have tried on three separate occassions to make a first time appointment. Each and every time I called I was placed on hold for over 3 minutes!! This salon obviously doesn't need new clients. This is something that is not practiced in CA., where competition is tough and where they need and care about new clients. \r \r As a consumer, I am able to pick and choose where I want to spend my money.
