Banking with BB&T has been one nightmare after another for me... everything from duplicate charges that they refuse to remove to charging me overdraft fees when my bank account has a POSITIVE balance... and after yet another mistake, I check my account balance tonight to see that they are charging $2 per phone call to their customer service department to get THEIR mistakes straightened out. I'm taking my money as far away from BB&T as I can get. Pros: None that you can't find at every other bank Cons: Unprofessional staff, exorbitant fees, CHARGING YOU TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE more
