I have never experienced a salon like this. I can't believe other people would say this is a 5 star salon! I wouldnt even say you deserve 1 star, other than the fact that you have 1 great stylist named Amy that works their! I have given this salon a few chances thinking things would get better, but never did. Not only on my first visit, but also my second, my head was washed in freezing cold water!! I was told both times that it would be fixed, and it would not happen again. Well because I love Amys work, I gave it another chance. Of course calling before I returned, asking if they had hot water, I booked my next appointment. When I arrived It was a very cold day and in the middle of the service I was informed that the heat did not work!! WHAT KIND OF SALON IS THIS??? Get your S*%T together Aqua!! And to top it off, when I asked the receptionist if I could speak to a manager, she RUDLY replied ""We don't have a manager."" WHAT? I guess that just speaks for itself! I wouldnt recomend Aqua to my worst enemie!
