I HAVE READ A FEW REVIEWS ABOUT NORTHEAST AUTO OUTLET AND MUST INSIST THEY ARE WRONG. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE\r
I WAS IN LINE ONE TIME WAITING TO BE WRITTEN UP AND THEIR WAS THIS CUSTOMER YELLING AT THE SERVICE WRITER BECAUSE THEY WANTED A REPAIR COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THAT WAS BROKEN BY THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER STATED THEY WERE BACKING OUT OF THEIR GARAGE AT HOME AND BROKEN THEIR MIRROR. SO THE WRITER SAID THAT IT WAS NOT A DEFECT , THAT THE CUSTOMER BROKE IT AND WAS RESPONSIBLE. IT WAS THE DUMBEST THING I EVER HEARD A PERSON ARGUE ABOUT. I FELT SO BAD FOR THE SERVICE WRITER, HE WAS JUST DOING HIS JOB AND HE WAS RIGHT. IT MAKES ME WONDER ARE PEOPLE THAT STUPID OR JUST CHEAP?\r
I HAVE ALWAYS PAID A FAIR PRICE AND HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE. I GUESS PEOPLE TRY AND GET OVER ON DEALERSHIPS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY HAVE MONEY, HELLO HAVE YOU BEEN WATCHING THE NEWS? MOST DEALERSHIPS ARE CLOSING AND THE BIG 3 ARE IN FINANCIAL RUINS\r
IT CAUSES PEOPLE LIKE THAT CUSTOMER WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT HAVING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THEY BROKE AND EXPECT A DEALESHIP TO PAY, TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS\r
