I go here when I can't bear to go to Whole Foods and end up buying all my produce - can't beat the prices, and the vegetables always looks so good and fresh. There aren;t many specialty items here - they only have pasta, no rice (except Success), but you can get any kind of milk product, soda and they even sell Metropolitan Bakery bread. The best thing about the market is the smiling face of the short-haired brunette always ready with a smile to ring you up. that, and the no-hassle best-priced veggies in town.
