I dealt with one decent employee out of 5 that i had to interface with. I spent over $300 plus my insurance paid well over $750. Don't you think $1050.00 in customer should be treated a little better than just another pain in the azz? I felt the service by the youthful staff was not even close to personable and the fact that management was hiding upstairs probably was the worst move possible. Dr. Z better get this group in line as this day and time the service will be the only thing that helps businesses stay in business.
