Had them replace a window December 16th, 2008. They broke the door panel, lost the window trim and weatherstripping. Today is almost three months later. I've replaced the panel at my own expense and they have stalled and stalled on replacing the window trim and weatherstripping. I've asked them to re-imburse me the $75 for the panel and oddly....the owner is never around to sign the check. If you use this company....you're an idiot\r

They won't call you back and have possibly the worst customer service and ethics of any company I have ever dealt with.\r

Hopefully they won't be around too much longer.
Pros: Absolutely NONE!
