Armanno agreed to repair damage to front end of my car after accident. When I picked up car, the paint did not match, I returned my car, after a week of not calling me back, I was told the car was finished, I picked up car, next morning I discoved car was leaking transmission fluid. The radiator was replaced during the repairs. I took car back, Ric said he tightened connections to radiator. I took car home again. Car was still leaking, I called several times before finally being told to bring car back again. I was called and told car was ready and Ric said car was fixed he had taken car apart and put back together and tightened and taped the connection to make sure it was fixed. After a few days, car was still leaking. I have several pictures that was taken of puddles in my garage. I once again called and informed Armanno of the leak. I told them that I was going out of town over Thanksgiving and that I needed the car fixed. I talked to JR and he informed me that they had set my car up to be taken to Goodyear to be fixed properly and the radiator to be replaced. I dropped my car off on way to work and at 5:00 the car was returned to me at work. I believed the car had been fixed. Within 10 days the car had started to leak again. I called back and talked to JR, at this time no one was returning my calls, I asked for the owners name and how to get ahold of him, I was told I could not get ahold of him and they could not give his number out. I then called all the Goodyears in the area, all of them told me that they have an account with Armanno, but none had any history of working on my car. I called JR and asked him if I could have a copy of the bill from Goodyear and which one they took it to. He told me that all of the paperwork from last year was in the possesion of the owner.I asked which Firestone worked on my car. I was told in Greenwood, when I told him I had called them and they said they had not worked on my car, he said he had to go and hung up on me.
