3 years ago we adopted internationally and were VERY happy with Dr. Landis who was recommended to us. Since the initial visit though, we have become increasingly unhappy with the practise espeically the Staff from the receptionist to most importantly the Office Manager. The WHOLE staff needs to attend a class on how to treat customers.\r

We recently adopted another international child and the Staff & Dr. Chong has decided it is Florida State Law that we provide them with a copy of the adoption records. We contacted our attorney who informed us, there is NO Florida State Law or US Govt law requiring us to provide these documents to a medical doctor. This requests was not made for the first child we took to see Dr. Landis and now the Practise refuses to treat the first child until they have a copy of their adoption records.\r

This practise has grown TOO big and it is hurting Dr. Landis reputation.
