We had a problem with our refrigerator and had contacted another company to look at the problem. When it became apparent that they were less than reliable and possibly a little shady, we turned to the local business bureau and found Big Ten. Whlle they were not able to make it our immediately due to some illness in workers, they not only were apologetic for it but were open as to why the wait would be a couple of days. As it was not an emergency, we agreed to wait for them. We are glad we did. VERY reasonable price for the service call and it turned out that the other company misdiagnosed our problem. The fix was easy and much cheaper and the serviceman very friendly. Highly recommended!
