They gave me a window from 9am - 1pm, stayed at home all day to be sure not to miss the technician, even called in a couple times to verify he was still coming. At 3:30 I received a call saying he could be there in 15 minutes, of course I was on my way to an appointment at this time. After all this, the soonest they could reschedule for is 4 days later. Dont waste your time with this company. more

We had a problem with our refrigerator and had contacted another company to look at the problem. When it became apparent that they were less than reliable and possibly a little shady, we turned to the local business bureau and found Big Ten. Whlle they were not able to make it our immediately due to some illness in workers, they not only were apologetic for it but were open as to why the wait would be a couple of days. As it was not an emergency, we agreed to wait for them. We are glad we did. VERY reasonable price for the service call and it turned out that the other company misdiagnosed our problem.
