I called these guys because my sewer was blocked. Actually I called another local company first. The other company came out and told me I had to replace my sewer after working on it for about 20 minutes. First off it was difficult to understand them. I didn't feel comfortable, ""I felt pressured"". They charged me $185.00 after I told them I was going to get another opinion. They didn't even clear my blockage!! So I called Bob's. Bob's son Shane came out and cleared my blockage very quickly. He showed me why the sewer blocked up with a camera. He was very informative and gave me options on what I can do. His price on replacing the sewer was more than the first guys but I will not call them back. I trust this company to do a better job so I made an appointment for next month to have the work done. Very impressed with these guys!
