After living in Naples, Italy for two years, this is the first place we've been to that served something like the original Neapolitan pizza (they invented it). They understand that, as, we heard from the local in Naples, the secret is in the ingredients (water and flour). It really caught our eye when their menu stated that they use water with the same chemical composition as Naples' water.
For those looking for an American-style heaped-up, thick crust pizza, look elsewhere. If you're looking for something like a real Naples pizza, this is the place. Certainly far better than the food and prices inside Disneyland! Highly recommended!
