My car broke down on the Edens just after the Old Orchard exit NB. I was towed to the nearest place. This was it. It was 2pm on a Saturday and they were about to close. They agreed to stay open to see if they could help me out. By 4pm, the owner had located the only rebuilt alternator for a chevy in chicago, had it installed, and charged me only ~$300. I was stunned. I thought i was going to take it in the tail pipe. Good work and honest price for my trip to HKA.
Pros: Good prices, went the extra mile
Cons: Language barrier, probably not good for new cars
