I RARELY write a complaint, but this was too much today. We have had 2 prior great experiences with this salon; not today. We took our cat in for a lion cut, the same cut as previous appts. She came home a total mess around the neck and chest area. It's not like we can just let it ""grow out""....it takes WEEKS! We have NEVER had to tell them how to cut her or worry about it. I called and asked if the groomer was new and Stephanie responsed, ""Ma'am you are being very rude, but yes, she has cut a few cats! I can offer you a 10% discount!"" Whooopppeee, that's $4! It was OBVIOUS the new person had only cut a few lion cuts before! So sad that we will never go back there, thanks to the one person who actually cut her correctly is no longer at this salon. Wonder why!
