Took our 87 Honda Accord to them because was told carburetor having same problems again (they rebuilt it 2 years prior). Would start idling fast, dying out after warming up, and hesitating when driving off after coming to a stop. Instead of working on carburetor, they said they replaced an ignition switch. We drove off the lot and returned after driving about 2 blocks (the same morning) and said it was still doing the same thing. After being told to return at least 5 times to get it fixed (but was turned away each time) we decided to get outside help from local agencies - to no avail. Westside has since refused to give a refund or fix the problem as promised. We stopped trying to negotiate with them after the owner got very angry, loud and harsh in speech during a phone conversation. We've used them for auto repairs for over 10 years, but evidently things have changed. Auto service centers get away with this type of treatment way too often and nothing is done about it unless you have, or can afford to get, a private atty.. :(

Cons: Poor Customer Service lately - Harsh in speech
