Los Rosales is full of authentic cuisine, fresh ingredients, vegetarian options, cool decor and so much more. I had lunch there with a friend this weekend when it opened up after remodeling.
The food is to die for. You get more than just regular salsa here when you sit down at the table. You have a selection of fresh pico, refriend beans and traditional salsa with home made tortilla chips.
I had the shrimp chimichanga with a side of rice. My friend has one of the new dishes (torte something) which was amazing. We topped it off with a slice of mango cheesecake. Oh my.
The wait staff is very attentive. Our drinks were never empty, dishes were cleared away quickly and our server was ready to explain any question. The owner came in as we were leaving and stopped to speak with us. The prices are very reasonable and the decor is lovely. They also have a very well stocked bar.
I really cannot give enough praise. You have to experience it for yourself. Enjoy!
Pros: Ambience, excellent service, vegetarian options, unique dishes, fresh ingredients
Cons: There isn't one closer to my house!
