The worst experience ever!! We bought a small sectional w/ a chaise but was delivered w/o the chaise. Apparently the sales person forgot to order that piece and it would take another month or so to get it. The sales person did admit to her mistake and apologized and said she'll put a rush for the missing piece. Next, we bought a another larger sectional. The day before it was supposed to be delivered we received a call saying the manufacture sent the wrong item and that they couldn't deliver the item. He said he'll put the order in again and deliver will be the same as if we just put in the order today (another 4-12 weeks wait). He said that he will let our sales person know about the issue. So we thought we would get a call from the sales person, but we didn't.
