The walk-in receptionist--i think they called her Pia--is rude and unwilling to be helpful. This was my first and my last visit. She didn't recognize the health plan card I was carrying, and was unwilling to check into it further than with her co-worker that was in a conversation regarding Oscar dresses--this girl was also rude. There was a number to call on the card none of these lazy princesses would check into it. I told them that 2 doctors were listed on my plan's web page. I felt I was being treated as a second-class citizen, and that I was lying. She was happy to tell me--a person that was in pain and off-balance due to an ear infection that they weren't going to help me. Enraged by this treatment, I grabbed my card to call my plan from my car--because they want cell phones turned off and I am a considerate person. I returned to this person who looked like she saw a ghost when I returned.Ends up when the office manager was brought in she had a cash pay deal for me that was ""less than the 20% that you would get with your plan"" --apparently they did take it (I knew they did) SO this girl almost denied some revenue for the clinic for today (I only stayed because I am sick and didn't feel up to searching for another dr to take me in and it was raining)., but even more, this place will never get return business from me or anyone that I care about.
Pros: It was close by, but I'd rather drive 30 miles while sick than return
Cons: Rude and unhelpful staff--unless it was to critique the Oscar dresses
