Our clients are very important to us, each and every one of you. However, we have a disappointed customer who gave a negative rating to our business. The customer stated we failed to return their telephone calls or attempt to reach them in regards to their estimate. This is NOT true we professionally document each phone call on the customer file. Upon giving the customer their prices for the estimate is when they stated they were not satisfied with our services. We made every attempt to work with this client; we have even refunded the fees from the interior consultation.
