I ate at the restaurant on Wednesday night, February 25th 2009. The website states, ?If you think all Japanese steakhouses are the same, you?ll think differently after dining with us.? I do think differently of Arigato after dining there. Unfortunately, my thoughts are not positive. After waiting to be seated some 30 minutes past our reservation time, our chef was rude, sullen and homerless. He made no attempt to provide guest at the table with even a minimal show but instead, went through the preparations with rote movements that resulted in a lackluster meal.
