I was dissatisfied with both my haircuts and highlights at this salon. This happened on more than one occasion. When I called to tell them I was unhappy, they said their policy was that if you didn't call them within 10 days, you had to PAY to have them "fix" what they did to your hair. They are over-priced and have had a complete turnover in employees. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone and I will NEVER go back there again.
