The staff here has drawn myself along with many others to never return. They mess up appointments, lose bld work, have inaccurately placed patient orders, are rude and unprofessional, do not communicate between departments, do not return phone calls, and are completely uneducated about the practice. And to think, these are the people you have to go through first if ever you have an OB problem or are in labor. Not trusting my baby's life with them- no way! I have never in my life had a problem as big as this from any other physicians office or ANY other business for that fact. It is unfortunate because the physicians here are really great, if only they knew about how their incompetent staff has driven people away.
