This is the place to go. The trainers are fully versed in working with Pregnant women who still want to get a good hard workout in. Patricia is wonderful being a mother herself really helped. They trained all the right muscles that help ease my pregnancy, delivery and recovery. I wish I had found Moving strength when i had my first child. Never felt better and cant believe I am actually in better shape then when i got pregnant. I completely recommend Moving Strength. Such a joy as I was even able to bring my baby to the workouts after delivery.
